As a first-time multi-family homeowner, I had many questions regarding the deleading process and price cost. Thankfully, Paul patiently answered a lot of my questions in a very professional manner. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other contracting companies. Most importantly, he was sincere and responsive when it came to communication.

He considered that I was in a renovation budget for another unit and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend P. Hill Contracting to anyone looking to delead their property! As a new homeowner who has never hired contractors before, it was hard for me to call someone out of the blue and trust them to come into my house, give me a fair quote, and get the work done. I'm glad that I called P Hill construction. You should call them too - I dealt with a nice guy and felt very comfortable dealing with him.

Paul Hill Construction I recommend. They work is flawless. They contractors are professional and flexible. They renovated my apartment in my home and did an wonderful job. Great value compared to other contractors.  Deleaded a three family and it didn't cost a fortune.  Easy to deal with.  He is responsive compared to all the other contractors I've tried to get quotes from.  Definitely will be recommending him to others.  Thank you!
